Foreign Autohaus has an immediate opening for a full time automotive technician. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience working in independent repair shops with an emphasis in foreign cars. Persons should hold such qualities including great attention to detail and meticulous organization skills.
Key requirements include but are not limited to:
- ENTRY- level technicians are required to have a valid driver's license, experience with oil changes and minor repair work. A full years experience in a professional garage. WAGES STARTING AT $15.00 PER HOUR
- MID- level technicians require at least three years experience in a professional setting. Mid-level technicians are expected to be familiar with job-specific equipment such as wheel and tire equipment and diagnostic systems.
WAGES STARTING AT $18.00 PER HOUR
- MASTER- level technicians will need five years plus experience in a professional environment, have knowledge of diagnostic and repair systems, and possess a valid drivers license.
Key responsibilities are.
- Inspecting and Diagnosing vehicles; advising on preventive maintenance and factory schedule maintenance.
- Maintaining vehicle functional condition by listening to operator complaints; conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components.
- Verifying vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
-Compensation is based on experience, will consider reimbursement of relocation expenses for the right candidate. WAGES STARTING $28.00 PER HOUR
