We are a large multi-concept Restaurant Franchisee, we're searching for a Refrigeration & Facility Maintenance Technicians that will excel in a fast paced working environment whether he/she is working alone or with fellow teammates. He/she should be a confident and skilled self-starter who will service and maintain multiple locations and concepts throughout the Sacramento region efficiently and in a timely manner. Facility technician will need to be able to navigate throughout these regions when they're requested: Sacramento stores.
-Refrigeration technician requires Experience with Commercial grade equipment such as walk-in freezers/chillers, ice machines. Hot and cold appliances such as fryers, POU, grills, fry bins, shake machines, etc. are highly preferred but not mandatory. Salary value based on experience and skill set.
-Maintenance technician requires hands on experience with repairing or troubleshooting plumbing, basic electrical, hot & cold appliances or as a general handyman with a high level of attention to detail. You will be assigned a region in the Sacramento Area and will need to keep all of your stores equipment up and running to maintain their longevity. Salary value based on experience and skill set.
-Landscape technician would be required to service all locations in Sacramento region. This includes but not limited to tree trimming, sprinkler change out and timer adjusting. Refreshing bark and rocks, implementing bushes and trees where required.
-Plumbing technician requires vast knowledge in all aspects of plumbing. From Water Heater change-outs to pipe excavation and replacement. Camera and Jetter preferred.
Compensation: Great compensation based on experience.
