You need to be an experienced HVAC lead installing:
- Forced Air Furnaces
- Air Conditioners
- Zoning
- Mini Splits
- Commercial package units (optional)
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a drug test on your first day and a criminal background check
Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
3-10 years HVAC Lead Installation Experience
Clean and neat appearance
Responsible for training less experienced installers on the job
Must enjoy people and explaining the controls you are installing
