Construction Laborer
Outstanding opportunity to join a well-respected civil/electrical construction company which primarily focuses on EV charging stations, excavation, concrete, paving and underground installations. We are currently hiring multiple Laborers who will work in the Nor Cal area. The duties of the Laborer involve assisting in field operations such as excavation pipe install, concrete, and some landscaping.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining a safe working environment for each crew member
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must be familiar earthwork construction
Attention to detail
Bilingual a major plus
Strong organizational, and problem solving and reasoning skills
Excellent Safety record and ability to promote a Safe Working Culture
2+ years construction experience
Excellent personnel managing abilities
Previous experience in construction.
Pre-hire drug test will be required, along with random tests.
Able to work 50-70 hours per week and travel, all travel will be paid by company
