We are a family-owned General Contractor with consistent work, looking for a skilled laborer to join our team.
We perform all types of work from foundation to roof; commercial, residential, and government work; TI's, remodels, historical building restoration and some prevailing wage work. We prefer Skilled Laborers/Tradesmen with the following:
4 years experience (combination of completed trade school and work experience acceptable)
Valid CA drivers license
Truck with Rack
Current vehicle registration and insurance
Your own tools of the trade(s) and practical knowledge on their use
Multiple Trades, An Array of Experience
At ease working at heights above one story, when required
Strong work ethic and "can do" attitude
An eye for detail
A team player who can also work without supervision
Trainable and able to take direction
OSHA 10 or 30 Certification a plus
