They are good team players, dynamic, optimistic, accurate, well-organized, and ambitious about developing as a sales professional.The territory would be covering the state of CA.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSuccessfully complete all required product and sales related training curriculum.
Fully knowledgeable about the anatomy and capable of effectively explaining after the completion of sales training.
Must possess a competitive spirit and place a high value on ethical standards with regard to surgical procedures and patient outcomes
Excellent communication, negotiation and selling skills
Support Inventory Management
Educate healthcare providers including surgeons in a clinic and hospital setting on the safe and proper use of our products.
Identify selling opportunities and work closely with the sales representatives to increase sales in their respective accounts
Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve quotas for assigned products, which may include cold calling to develop new customers, qualifying and following up on leads and selling to new and/or existing accounts

Ability to work with deadlines, frequent assignment changes, periodic heavy workload, rapidly changing technology and dynamic business growth
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Accustomed to working independently with a high degree of accountability.
Attend and participate in sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed.
Adhere to company policies and conducts all business in an ethical manner.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/ SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in related discipline
3 plus years of Hospital Based medical device sales experience
Ability to work in an operating room environment
Willingness to travel within your defined region
Willingness to relocate if/when the opportunity arises
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to master anatomy, pathology, procedures, products and application
Good knowledge of MS Office Suite
A valid driver's license
