The Supply Chain Manager will provide leadership and direction across the organization. This role is expected to help planning and organization in alignment with the business strategy and long-range plan by providing fact-based data analysis to support decision making, innovative solutions, and new supply chain models. This role will collaborate closely across multiple functions ensuring alignment, support, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities



  • Develop, implement and manage the requisite disciplines and skillsets that underlie an optimal supply chain operation as well as the ultimate organizational structure for its successful ongoing execution

  • Builds internal processes and procedures to support supply chain strategy. Work with internal customers to ensure alignment

  • Develop comprehensive and integrated exercises to test and update strategic plans on a regular basis. Works with other teams to ensure risks are sufficiently identified, assessed, mitigated, and reported.

  • Provide strategic and tactical support to SC Org.

  • Partner with the Quality team to drive best practices and supplier quality.

  • Monitoring and tracking program effectiveness using reports, dashboards, and scorecards on the operational status and maturity of programs

  • Establish key performance metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of the materials and logistics initiatives. Results against goals will be measured on a regular basis and presented to senior leadership

  • Assist in the development of annual supply chain budgets in accordance with the overall strategy to achieve company goals

  • Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to senior management, other executives, functional or regional management while supporting syndication with stakeholders across the organization.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B. S.) or equivalent from a four-year college in supply chain management or related fields is preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Management position with success in business improvement and supply chain leadership including a background that includes complex organization change in manufacturing and hardware.
