Our client is a privately held medical device company based in California growing rapidly in the development of disease modifying therapies that improve survival, quality of life, and outcomes for patients with bronchitis, cardiac conditions, lung cancer, COPD, asthma, and other pulmonary diseases. They are building a portfolio of technologies to address the needs of interventional pulmonologists and radiologists, cardiac and thoracic surgeons, and physicians who treat pulmonary disease.

They are seeking a Manufacturing Operations & Supply Chain Specialist to help the organization with their European commercial launch. The right person will have medical device experience and bring strong planning and communication skills to the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Logistics planning for supply chain activities
  • Vendor communication and management

Requirements:
  • Medical Device experience
  • 5-10 years' experience in manufacturing & supply chain
  • Strong planning skills and project management expertise
  • Strategic planning and thinking, systems analysis and evaluation
  • Strong forecasting skills
  • Experience in managing external suppliers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with sterile devices / clean room's preferred
