Established Underground Utility Locating company is looking for Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist personnel with a minimum 5 year Construction experience.
Duties- Prepares customer invoices with multiple projects codes and line items. Communicate with customer on all billing/invoicing questions. Processes customer payments. Prepares required customer reports for prevailing wage projects including online reporting through customer portals. Monitors accounts and make collection calls as needed. Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and meeting deadlines with minimum supervision. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.

Well organized with good verbal and written communication skills.
Must pass drug and alcohol tests.
