I am looking for a very organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for part-time work.
You will be responsible for Bookkeeping and light administrative work for my business (health and wellness) and our family's finances. The candidate for this job should be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠2 yrs. recent work experience with QuickBooks Desktop
⢠Excellent multi-tasking skills
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word
⢠Good understanding of standard accounting principles
⢠Strong organization skills
⢠Good analytical and reconciliation skills
⢠Good communication and people skills
⢠Detail oriented
⢠Fluent English
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
⢠Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards for my business and our family's accounts
⢠Check mail weekly or bi-weekly and Process Accounts Payable
⢠Process bills for payment
⢠Keep Quickbooks up to date
⢠Provide all the necessary information to accountants for tax purposes
⢠Dispute any charges neede
⢠Follow up on refunds
⢠Manage document filing system on computer
⢠Filing physical documents
⢠General office duties
⢠Create Financial Reports
⢠Screen calls
⢠Other duties as needed
Requirements
A background check and drug screen are required for this position.

This is a part-time position working one time per week. We are flexible on the days and times.
We estimate 4 hours per week to start.
