I am looking for a very organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for part-time work.
You will be responsible for Bookkeeping and light administrative work for my business (health and wellness) and our family's finances. The candidate for this job should be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
â¢ 2 yrs. recent work experience with QuickBooks Desktop
â¢ Excellent multi-tasking skills
â¢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word
â¢ Good understanding of standard accounting principles
â¢ Strong organization skills
â¢ Good analytical and reconciliation skills
â¢ Good communication and people skills
â¢ Detail oriented
â¢ Fluent English
â¢ Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards for my business and our family's accounts
â¢ Check mail weekly or bi-weekly and Process Accounts Payable
â¢ Process bills for payment
â¢ Keep Quickbooks up to date
â¢ Provide all the necessary information to accountants for tax purposes
â¢ Dispute any charges neede
â¢ Follow up on refunds
â¢ Manage document filing system on computer
â¢ Filing physical documents
â¢ General office duties
â¢ Create Financial Reports
â¢ Screen calls
â¢ Other duties as needed
A background check and drug screen are required for this position.
This is a part-time position working one time per week. We are flexible on the days and times.
We estimate 4 hours per week to start.
