I am looking for a very organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant for part-time work.

You will be responsible for Bookkeeping and light administrative work for my business (health and wellness) and our family's finances. The candidate for this job should be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2 yrs. recent work experience with QuickBooks Desktop

• Excellent multi-tasking skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and word

• Good understanding of standard accounting principles

• Strong organization skills

• Good analytical and reconciliation skills

• Good communication and people skills

• Detail oriented

• Fluent English

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Reconciliation of multiple bank accounts and credit cards for my business and our family's accounts

• Check mail weekly or bi-weekly and Process Accounts Payable

• Process bills for payment

• Keep Quickbooks up to date

• Provide all the necessary information to accountants for tax purposes

• Dispute any charges neede

• Follow up on refunds

• Manage document filing system on computer

• Filing physical documents

• General office duties

• Create Financial Reports

• Screen calls

• Other duties as needed

Requirements

A background check and drug screen are required for this position.

This is a part-time position working one time per week. We are flexible on the days and times.

We estimate 4 hours per week to start.
