North County bookkeeping firm is looking for a professional, motivated Full Charge Bookkeeper. We will only consider individuals who have experience in QuickBooks and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain financial records by analyzing balance sheets and general ledger accounts
Reconcile general and subsidiary bank accounts by gathering and balancing information
Provide financial status information by preparing special reports & completing special projects
Correct errors by posting adjusting journal entries
Data entry, Scan, Fax, Filing and Archiving, Prepare and record expense receipts
Must possess great time management skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently
Quick learner who can receive detailed instructions and implement them
Qualifications:
Must have experience in QuickBooks (minimum 3 plus years) and QuickBooks Online
Must be proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Exceptional organizational & communication skills - both written and verbal
High school diploma or GED (Some college preferred)
Accounting, Financial reporting experience or related field a plus
Strong initiative, always offering to help before being asked
Enthusiastic, Adaptable and Eager to take on new challenges
Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude
Professional and Positive demeanor, works well in a team environment
Extremely Sharp, Detail Oriented, Efficient, Flexible and Resourceful
Ability to maintain discretion and handle/manage confidential information
Strong Initiative, Organized, Attention to detail, Trustworthy, Reliable and Prompt
