Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books using QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet)
- Maintain organized client files and documentation
- Communicate with clients professionally and clearly
- Support CPAs with year-end close, 1099 issuance, and tax prep tasks
Qualification
- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online (QBO certification a plus)
- Strong understanding of debits/credits and accounting principles
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/accounts simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
