With-IN design is seeking a part-time data entry expert to assist in our accounting department located in Sorrento Valley. Support is needed to enter high volume of vendor payments into QuickBooks and/or various spreadsheets for busy interior design firm. Flexible or set schedule available.
Requirements:
Fluent and efficient use of QuickBooks, particularly receiving items and bills against purchase orders
Excellent data entry skills
Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel
Detail oriented
Able to take instruction and compete tasks with little supervision
Able to meet deadlines
Assist with limited administrative tasks as necessary
