Real Estate Money, LLC. has an immediate position available in its San Diego office for a Call Center Compliance Manager. This position is full-time, on-site, includes benefits, and has great opportunity for growth within the role. RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Compliance Manager must develop and implement procedures, policies and best practices for operating within legal and ethical guidelines. The successful candidate will develop and implement successful systems for identifying and reducing violations, as well as a system for encouraging and incentivizing improved compliance behaviors.

The Compliance Manager will design methods for reporting and dealing with compliance breaches and ethical issues when they occur. They will produce reports on any regulatory changes within the industry and advise the leadership team on how new laws might impact current operations or future business prospects.

The Compliance Manager is responsible for providing general oversight and continuing training to in-office Compliance Representatives, guidance-based oversight to all Sales Managers, and and monitoring all sales call recordings for quality and regulatory compliance. They will ensure that all sales and customer service calls are compliant with the rules pertaining to our industry, and to general FTC rules.

The Compliance manager will review all marketing materials and scripts for compliance. They will maintain and continuously improve our trade compliance policies and procedures.

Additionally, the Compliance Manager will be responsible for the following tasks and additionally assigned tasks/projects as appropriate for the role:

Analyze internal business systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.

Develop risk management strategies.

Design control systems to address cases of violation of internal business policies.

Design ongoing compliance training programs for employees

Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with company policies and FTC guidelines

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

The ideal applicant is familiar with enforcement of corporate rules and all governing laws and has experience working with regulatory bodies. Familiarity with the FTC's oversight is highly preferred.

Bachelor's Degree in related field or commensurate experience

Highly organized

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

3+ years of experience in leadership-management

Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software

Good grasp of industry processes and existing business regulations

Excellent analytical skills

Ability to solve problems when they arise

Excellent conflict management skills

Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and software. Specifically, a working knowledge of Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premier, Adobe After Effects

Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously

Must be very detail oriented with strong data management skills

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate degree in business, administration, policy, or related field a plus

Familiarity with FTC oversight or other direct oversight body
