GreenLiving is Southern California's fastest growing exterior remodeling company. We are currently seeking out a well organized, professional, energetic production coordinator.
Job details include; Scheduling remodeling jobs with homeowners and installers. Scheduling payments with homeowners. Following up daily with installers and clients, and many other important duties that help our company grow.
Requirements:
Must be able to assist with multiple projects
Proficient in scheduling and overseeing jobs
Keeping reports updated; maintain a report control process for all areas of production.
Must have experience with Excel, smart sheets, Microsoft Office
Must be computer Literate (MAC, PC)
Must have excellent customer service
Must be self-starter and self sufficient
Data entry
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
HOURS: 9:00am – 5:00pm
