Part Time Position:
No insurance industry experience is required, although it would be helpful.
We are a long-standing, local State Farm Insurance agency looking for a part-time Bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative to become a part of our organization. You will mainly be responsible for back office tasks and assisting the agency in other duties as required.
Your hours will be Monday and Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in insurance not needed but helpful
Computer/keyboard skills required
Responsible, energetic, dependable and punctual
Quick learner
Comfortable in face to face interaction as well as over the phone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Deadline and detail-oriented, very attentive to details
