About this Job
We are an e-commerce store providing affordable dental health products online. The store is run by a small, friendly, family owned business that has been operating in North County for over 15 years.
This is an opportunity to join a growing e-commerce business and gain valuable work and business experience. We value attitude and aptitude over experience and will train the right candidate. We’re looking for someone who’s empathetic, detail oriented, and tech savvy to grow with our company.

What do the daily responsibilities look like?
Processing, shipping, and record keeping for customer orders: this involves a fair amount of work on the computer
Handling and organizing dental impressions and cases: attention to detail is very important
Answering customer service emails and phone calls
Interfacing with our technicians to help answer customer inquiries
You will develop a detailed understanding of our products and become a customer service champion. You will learn and gain experience in a variety of software tools we use for customer service and e-commerce order processing.

Opportunity to develop into full-time position if interested
Starting pay during training is $14-$16/hr. Room to grow based on experience. Previous employees who've been with us for multiple years grew their compensation to >$20/hr
