JOB DUTIES:
Phone support - Ability to handle a heavy call volume
Write up sales orders / Enter orders
Handle any customer services issues to customer's full satisfaction
Explain pricing, terms of payment and bill cycles to customers
Follow up on all quotes
Handle any 'modifications-of-service' calls and follow-up on changed rates and invoice prorated if applicable
Attention to detail - Job requires being careful about details and thorough in completing work task
Cooperation - Job requires being pleasant with others on the job and displaying a good natured cooperative attitude
Dependability - being reliable, responsible, and dependable and fulfilling obligations
Concern for others - being sensitive to others' needs a feelings and being understanding and helpful on the job
Our new colleague will be a team-players, flexible, service-oriented, have excellent people skills and the ability to work well with management and staff, clients and vendors
Strong computer & research skills are required, bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
