We are PRIME GROUP, a leading residential owner and manager of apartment communities across the western United States. We operate in California, Nevada, Oregon and Washington State.We are currently hiring an ENTRY LEVEL and PART-TIME Activities Director! This is a part-time position, working up to 25 hours per week. Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30am to 2:30pm. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure that the office, clubroom, and facilities are kept in clean and satisfactory condition
Booking rentals
Monitoring business center, pool and gym
10% of the job responsibilities are janitorial based; cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping, sweeping, emptying trash bins, clearing out tennis and basketball court with a leaf blower and other duties.Join our Team!
