The Center Manager has responsibilities of directing staff per Head Start Standards and other regulating agencies, ensuring there is a high quality instructional plan in place, maximizing the impact that the center has on its children and their families, within the community it serves.

Whats the pay? The range of pay for this position is $34,631.11-$51,946.66 per year. Plus, the benefits are very competitive.
Minimum Requirements for the position are:
Associates (AA/AS) in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Human Services, or other closely related fields with experience working within an early childhood environment.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
A comparable combination of education and experience may be considered.
Be willing and able to continue developing professionally.
Center Managers who work directly with families on the Family Partnership Process must have within 18 months of hire, at a minimum, a credential or certification in social work, human services, family services, counseling, or related field.
