Assistant teaching position available in our East County Montessori Preschool location. We are seeking a friendly, positive, self-motivated person, who is willing to assist the lead teachers, read stories, help with music and movement, clean the environment, change diapers and have fun playing games and teaching the children. Hours may vary, but applicant MUST be available Monday through Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm. 6 ECE units are preferred but not necessary. However, the applicant must be willing to take ECE classes until the core 12 units are achieved. Pay will vary depending on units and experience. On the job training will be provided. Advancement is also available; we have 3 locations for teacher promotions. Medical and dental benefits are available, as well as, vacation hours and a simple IRA with 3% company fund matching.
