Our Strategy & Operations team is looking for a seasoned Business Process Engineer to help develop an operating model for a service desk, including the tracking, governance, communications, SLAs, and staffing model. Your project team will be designing a scalable, repeatable listening program to receive field feedback, track the success of programs, and optimize experiences for field sellers and client partners. You will be interacting with high-level leaders as this operating model will impact people all over the world. You’ll also have a hand in building communities and constructing a framework for engagement that will directly impact the company’s bottom line as well as its culture.
In this role, you’ll take on the mission of growing business, managing engagements, and ensuring client satisfaction. On any given day, you’ll be designing, developing, and deploying deliverables while managing workflows with analysts, structuring dynamic solutions based on client needs and feedback, and crafting communications with stakeholders. Along the way, you’ll also support clients and consultants to ensure delivery quality and professional growth.
