We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and detail-orientedCustomer ServiceRepresentative to assist the document managementdepartment. This position requiresan organized individual to research,follow up, schedule the pickup and delivery of records for the legal industry.Hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am- 5 pm. Generalknowledge ofMicrosoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook for email). Ability to concentrate on detailed work for significant amounts of time while responding appropriately to interruptions. Demonstrated skills and proactively identifying and solving problems. Keyboard in excess of 30 WPM. Demonstrated interest and aptitude for acquiring advances computer skills. Someknowledge of word procession, spreadsheets and text editing programs are helpful.
The working environment isoffice based. Within the scope of performing the usual and ordinary job functions, the following physical demands are required: significant fine finger dexterity and some kneeling, crouching, lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling.
