job type: Permanent

salary: $60,000 - 85,000 per year

work hours: 8am to 5pm

education: Associates



responsibilities:


  • 3+ years IT technical support with Windows 7 and/or Windows 10
  • Preferred experience with imaging, migration and deployments of Windows 10
  • 3+ years troubleshooting and break fix of PC, Laptop, printers and Tablet hardware and software
  • Active Directory (moves, adds and changes)
  • Exchange and O365 profile and mailbox management, preferred to have experience with Exchange to O365 migrations
  • Certifications such as MCP, A+, Net+, MCSE, CCNA are highly coveted Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines ConnectWise experience a plus Proficient in VOIP telephone support
