Please review our website if you are unsure of the specific location.Group Retiree Solutions (GRS) is a top growth business for Anthem. GRS has been the fastest growing group Medicare carrier in the industry for the last two years. The leader of GRS Account Management is a dynamic leader with deep expertise of Medicare Advantage products and employer retiree strategies. This leader will bring strategic thinking to go-to-market strategy, consultative skills and strong overall leadership skills to the role in order to drive GRS growth.This leader will be responsible for directing GRS Account Management, primarily focused on retention, In-Group Growth strategies, as well as ongoing customer service for large complex accounts with group Medicare Advantage, PDP and specialty products.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Providing leadership and strategic direction to ensure retention and profitable growth.

Developing strategies and executes account management plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals.

Managing GRS segment and local pipeline tracking and monitoring.

Developing compensation plans.

Developing and motivating staff to achieve common goals.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Reports to a RVP/Staff VP Sales of GRS.

Requires a BA/BS;

8 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Group health experience in a professional/leadership role is required.

Group Retiree and/or Medicare Advantage experience is preferred.

Excellent managerial, communication and leadership skills required.

Experience leading a team is required.
