Job Title: Help Desk Associate with MS Dynamics
Location: 6060 CORNERSTONE CT WEST SAN DIEGO CA 92121 United States
Job Type: Contract 6 months
Pay: $23/-hr on W2(all inclusive)
Start Date: ASAP
Work Week: Mon,Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri
Work Environment: Office Environment
Hours: 8am 5pm
Job Description:
Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems. Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.
Additional JD: This position will require to have experience with Microsoft Dynamics. Majority of the time will be supporting that application.
