Role is paying 14/HR-15/HRAll background are welcome, PLEASE SEND RESUMESSUMMARY:Support the Promotions Department in a variety of capacities to contribute to the success and streamlining of OEM Promotion operations. Promotions Associate must possess and demonstrate excellent customer service and administrative skills in order to provide an excellent experience for members, auto dealers, and the manufacturers of selected promotional vehicles. Associate duties include extensive inbound/outbound phone work, and accurate data entry.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Answer incoming member promotion calls in a friendly and professional manner, while providing complete and accurate information. Conduct outbound calls to members in order to inform and/or obtain required information regarding promotions. Handle member and dealer issues Conduct post-purchase promotional surveys with members. Maintain detailed records of Dealer and Member communications in database. Attend department meetings and training's.
