RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in search of a Marketing Manager II in San Diego, CA.
Essential Duties
Manages marketing activities and programs via agency marketing project management documents for internal / external prioritization
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Works across internal teams and outside agency to deliver creative support of general performance suite; driving creative briefs, gathering feedback from stakeholders, trafficking campaigns to partners, and managing deliverable timelines for all work streams, including video, social, display, and native assets
Creation and execution of under-penetrated segments (UPS) audience and test plans in partnership with Digital Activation Team (DAT)
Establishes metrics for success, interpreting A/B test results, and driving improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
3-5 years' experience working in Display, Paid Social, Mobile marketing with experience working with Marketing Technology a plus
Process and detail orientated, strong documentation, coordination and project management skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Ability to articulate complex workflows, dependencies, solutions, and trade-offs
Strong analytical skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, super compact seasonal environment to meet tight deadlines and anticipate problems acting proactively
