DescriptionOfficeTeam is partnering with local Mortgage companies with upcoming seasonal needs.This is a full-time role and could be an immediate hire based on your experience and availability.What you are responsible for day to day:
Work with internal mortgage officers as well as external customers to meet their needs.
Route calls on a multi-line phone.
Respond to high-volume inbound calls and emails.
Make follow-up outbound calls to clients to ensure accurate information.
Schedule client meetings and appointments
Provide support to processors and closers by gathering inbound faxes.
Copying / Scanning / Filing / Data Entry all mortgage documents.
Duties also include loan correspondence, documentation and research.
RequirementsSkills / Experience we are looking for:
2 years of administrative support experience in a high volume environment!
Experience in the banking & mortgage industries preferred.
Strong organizational skills.
Type at least 45 WPM.
Ability to utilize MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and MS Access is a plus!
