Kforce has a client in search of a Partner Support Analyst 2 in San Diego, California (CA).Responsibilities:
Collect, organize and report out on critical data required to drive our Customer Success business priorities and goals
Set and manage timelines and efficient process around data collection and reporting
Assist with managing and improving various partner network operational processes
Effectively communicate to partners data and reporting requirements and drive accountability for successful data collection
Work with ICS Partner Management Team to identify new/evolving data needs and implement processes to collect and report on those needs
Assist ICS-PM Team with internal data and reporting needs/requests
Assist ICS-PM Partner Management Intelligence Leader to develop and implement efficiencies in data and reporting capabilities
Bachelor's degree (required) in Business or equivalent experience required
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel required; Basic to intermediate Excel VBA knowledge preferred
Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly assess data, create and deliver reporting
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills; Ability to clearly articulate project requirements and desired outcomes across all organizational levels both internally and externally
