RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Procurement Operations Specialist III in San Diego, CA.
Summary:
We are looking for a Purchasing Specialist that will lead and assist in the planning and execution of day-to-day Procurement business operations and compliance activities in a fast-paced work environment. This role will liaise between our employees and the buyer team to ensure requirements are being met, address escalations, and coordinate with other functional groups as needed. In addition, this position will be responsible for driving several procurement processes end-to-end, which will require reporting, research, analysis, and presenting to the P2P leadership. Although not required, experience in Oracle and/or Coupa is preferred.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
5+ years of experience in Procurement
Project management experience, certification is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Data analysis and reporting, SQL experience preferred but not required
