Job Summary:
The Regional Program Support Analyst is an integral member of a multidisciplinary and geographically dispersed team that provides general Health Informatics expertise and tailored Project Management. The Regional Program Support Analyst is key to the collection, organization, and analysis of data related to the tools utilized by the customer. The Regional Program Support Analyst assists the Regional Support Lead to identify and advocate for the needs of the client, and in the development of optimization, mitigation and solution strategies. The Regional Program Support Analyst works with government personnel to coordinate the identification, testing, deployment, and adoption. The Regional Program Support Analyst is familiar with and executes duties as outlined in the Project Work Statement and complies with all training and deliverable requirements as directed by the client and the Program Management Office (PMO).

Responsibilities:
  • Direct support to the Regional Support Lead responsible for implementation activities and standardization across all Navy Medicine.
  • Support Regional Lead in coordinating the fielding, optimization, and sustainment of current and future medical and dental healthcare and readiness information management systems and other systems
  • Assist in the development of Regional plans to support data collection, analysis, and Health Information Assessments.
  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to track performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation to include Stakeholder lists, Lessons Learned, and Risk Logs among others as required.
  • Assist in the development of formal, informal, external, and internal communications to include reports, talking points, issue and decision papers, presentations and other products as required
  • Coordinate with Regional Command, Support Lead and stakeholder personnel
  • Coordinate with Regional Lead and Leadership, and other agencies as required.
  • Administrative support, meeting coordination and management, and other related duties as assigned

Required Skills:
  • Must be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Prior and broad Navy Operational Service/experience preferred
  • Access to High-Speed internet for Virtual Team/event participation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
  • Fluent in MS Office application
  • Experience maintaining SharePoint libraries and entry level SharePoint administration
  • Experience managing project server templates and creation of MS Project schedules

Travel and Worksite:
  • Occasional travel to conduct stakeholder engagement, onsite support of deployment activities, attend conferences, and training as required

  • Summary The purpose of this position is to implement and ensure timely operation and record keeping of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in the Child Development Centers (CDC), School Age Care (SAC) programs, and participating Child Development Homes (CDH) in a metro area. Responsibilities The Regional USDA Clerk performs a combination of duties related to timely operation and record keeping of the USDA CACFP across the Child and Youth Programs (CYPs) in a metro area.   • Summary Individual assists Government’s NAVWAR 4.1.2 (Command Center and Military Construction (MILCON) C4I Integration) Manager by providing programmatic and administrative support services to develop, updated, and maintain NAVWAR Enterprise policy and processes documentation for the planning and executing of major C4ISR/IT relocation and integration projects.
