Engage with business partners and stakeholders across functions and assess current business & IT processes and work on generating RPA opportunities.
Conduct discovery workshops and trainings on best practices and methodologies
Perform ROI Assessments, Risk analysis, feasibility/complexity analysis and Cost/Benefit analysis.
Management of requirements & streamline processes throughout the Robotic Development Life Cycle (RDLC).
Identify constraints, dependencies & risk for use case and impacts to delivery
Set COE best practices and SOPs, lessons learned and improvements and ensure these are being followed.
