In this position you should be versed and comfortable spanning the full development lifecycle, from requirements identification and prototyping, through design and implementation, to customer acceptance and delivery. You are especially passionate about working with excellent software designs and driving Agile/SCRUM processes to meet and exceed customer expectations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Provide Agile/Scrum expertise and coaching for the cross-functional teams
• Empower the teams to self-organize, introspect, ideate and experiment
• Manage the day-to-day mechanics, create and analyze performance metrics
• Be flexible in the face of change, create and support light weight adaptable processes
• Collect meaningful metrics and track trends to report to stakeholders
• Identify bright-spots and share them transparently
• Remove impediments to ensure delivery of commitments
• Work with other Scrum masters to learn and share experiences and ideas
• Collaborate with Product Owners and the team to ensure success
• Actively participate in release planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives etc.

Experience and Education Requirements:
• Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as Scrum Master of development teams, or Master's degree and 2 years equivalent industry experience
• Scrum Master certification preferred
• Mobile and cloud development experience
• Agile and Scrum hands-on experience
• Medical Device industry experience is a plus
• Working with distributed teams is a plus
• Atlassian tools - JIRA, Confluence, Trello
