RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is seeking an experienced Senior Visual Designer for an enterprise client within their marketing organization that is looking to further advance their customer engagement in San Diego, California (CA).

Summary:
This opportunity will enable a Senior Visual Designer to engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary team to conceive and support design work for innovative software products. Day to day tasks will include leading new visual design explorations and creating mockups, design systems, or clickable prototypes in an open, collaborative environment.
Project: While working on this project you will be asked to perform the below duties and additional duties upon request:
Collaborate with interaction and visual designers to create new software and product experiences
Work closely with the software team to support prototyping activities with visual design mockups/assets, to capture and resolve bugs, including resolution of design inconsistencies, incorrect or missing graphic resources, etc.
Understanding learning experiences and creation of educational materials
Work on multiple projects simultaneously
Manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment; Be prepared quickly to grow into increased responsibility and autonomy as you demonstrate skills and reliability
Create detailed documentation and specifications of user experience concepts and visual design specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in User Interface Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent
Minimum 7+ years of working as Software UI Visual designer
Excellent visual standards and obsessive attention to detail. Sense of color, scale, harmony, balance, and use of negative space
Deep experience with user-centered design principles, methodologies, and user research
Skills in motion graphics, illustration, print production, presentations, concept creation and data visualization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong skills in creative design tools (Figma, Miro, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin)
Ability to prototype using Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, InVision, Proto.io, or equivalent
In-depth understanding of mobile/desktop design standards and patterns (e.g. native components, best practices, etc.)
