Change and Release Management
Capacity and Performance Management

Proactive prevention of issues utilizing data provided to lessen the impact of issues for the Business.
Qualifications
3+ years Incident and Problem resolution
2+ years customer facing and relationship skills
2+ years dealing with change and release management
Mandatory 24x7 on call rotation required
Must be local and in San Diego, CA
Must have technical background
