RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Software Engineer III in San Diego, CA.
Essential Duties:
Designs and develops software applications
Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the application development process
REQUIREMENTS:
BS/MS in computer science or equivalent work experience
4+ years of experience building world class, public facing web applications, with in-depth knowledge of JavaScript
Strong understanding and working experience with Modern JavaScript features such as ES6, ES7 & ES8
Experience building modular JavaScript single-page applications with React, Redux, Webpack, Jest and Babel
Strong design sense and ability to translate wire-frames, mockups and visual design assets to engaging and user-friendly web experiences using CSS, HTML and JavaScript
Understanding of Test-Driven Development with experience creating JavaScript-based test coverage
Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM, or Extreme Programming methodologies
