We are looking for a Manager for our popular AirBnB, we are booked almost every night. We need someone that can greet the guest when they check in. Be available to answer calls, send messages, monitor noise sensor app, and monitor security cameras. communicate with cleaning staff, and maintenance crew.
We do not allow parties or events, but we have had guest that try to break the house rules and have unauthorized parties. In these rare occasions guest reservations will have to be canceled.
The candidate should be a good communicator, organized and be able to handle complex situations. Hospitality industry experience a plus. The position requires the candidate to be available 24/7 but typically only an hour or two per reservation is necessary. We typically have 2 - 15 reservation per month.
