we are looking for responsible cooks eager to learn and work as a team, we are all in charge of prep and learning all the lines in the kitchen.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Eggs station experience is greatly value.
Must be able to work and succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
Report to work timely for each scheduled shift.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station and working area.
Handles all products properly in accordance with Health Department standards and Snooze guidelines.
Learn all menu items, recipes, plating guidelines, and sanitation/basic safety information
Responsible for the quality, food safety/sanitation, and timeliness of dishes served
Prepares a variety of food items using knives, electric mixers, immersion blenders, food processors, scales, and portion bags, ovens, gas stoves, griddles, and broilers
