Immediate opening for a creative, talented and hardworking person to take over our highly acclaimed bar program. Must have 2 years of bartending experience including developing craft cocktails. We are open for dinner seven days a week beginning at 4:30 for Happy Hour along with brunch on Sundays. Weekend availability is a must.
Job description includes but is not limited to;
Developing unique and approachable craft cocktails that pair well with our chef-driven menu
Provide stellar customer service to our regular bar guests and develop bar clientele of your own
Ordering liquor, beer, produce, and supplies for the bar.
Checking in invoices and updating pricing as needed
Pricing out cocktails and keeping bar costs to budget
Lead by example, run a clean, sustainable bar
Monthly inventory
Creating cocktails and working with PR team to further success of the bar program
