Black Rail Kitchen + Bar is looking for a full-time bar manager.
This exciting opportunity is a chance to get in on the ground floor of a growing restaurant group and participate in relaunching a restaurant + bar concept post covid.
The ideal candidate will present:
A minimum of 2 years experience working in a high volume craft cocktail bar environment
Experience creating and maintaining a craft cocktail menu using fresh, house-made mixes, bitters, local spirits, and liqueurs
Familiarity with local distilleries, breweries, and regional wines
Pairing cocktails, beers and wine with food
A vibrant Happy Hour program
The ability to train a bar team with a focus on hospitality and quality
Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
Adherence to ABC and County Health laws and regulations
