Experienced Breakfast Cooks and a Chef/Kitchen Manager Needed Toast GastroBrunch/Carlsbad
Job Description:
A very experienced restaurant group has opened a brand new brunch concept in Carlsbad! Our passionate Executive Chef is excited to have crafted a captivating menu full of mouth-watering food and sensational cocktails. Our menu will consist of fun plays on time-honored favorites, as well as more modern and captivating fare.
Operating hours are from 7am to 3pm, daily, with specialty mimosas, flaming coffees, weekend skewer-filled bloody bars, and a small collection of Instagrammable spots both in and outside the restaurant.
We have a great team, and we are in need of experienced breakfast cooks and a Chef/Kitchen Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry, and will have a notable amount of breakfast experience. You must be available to work a full-time schedule, and we are NOT hiring seasonal staff.
