Half Door Brewing Company in East Village is look for an Assistant Manager for 5 evening shifts a week.
Job Requirements
Patient, outgoing, friendly, and able to interact with coworkers and customers in a professional manor
Able to take constructive feedback and actively participate in a team environment
Experienced in conducting inventory and overseeing all employees, FOH & BOH
Able to multi-task, focus, prioritize and stay on task
Able to adapt quickly to the environment of the restaurant or situation
Be able to handle stressful situation
Maintains a sense of urgency at all times
Great communication & strong leadership skills
Beer knowledge is a plus
Candidate should possess 2 years of management or leadership experience.
