Must have previous restaurant experience. 2-3 years on the line in a busy environment
Sauce preparation, braising meats, butchering
Knife skills in preparation and final plating
Able to multitask
Following directions
Willingness to learn and work all stations
Taking responsibility and ownership in the kitchen
