THIS IS A TIPPED POSITION. Compensation may also be increased based on experience. EL Cruce+241 is looking to add to its BOH team! El Cruce+241 is an all-Baja craft beer and wine bar with a 100% fresh seafood-driven menu. We are looking for talented, experienced culinary professionals to join this exciting kitchen. Applicants should have at least a couple years experience in this position. Experience with seafood and/or scratch kitchens is desired. Applicants must display the ability to produce high quality food/dishes in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness. Job duties include, but are not limited to:
-Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
-Follow recipes and presentation specifications
-Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
-Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
-Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
-Restock items as needed throughout the shift
-Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
