Job Summary: Food Sales workers actively sell and prepare drinks, food and help guests coming to the window. Provide excellent Guest service to all park guests and delivering a great experience. This includes providing quality food in accordance to all food safety policies. If you are someone who has a passion of working on teams, making guests happy and having fun this job is for you
Job Requirements
Holiday and weekend availability required.
Able to work flexible hours 2-6 days a week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Job Tasks
- Providing excellent guest service on a daily basis.
Maintain a daily bank, entering sales in cash register, taking money, counting out correct change (coins/bills), giving change (coins/bills) to guest, and completing credit card transactions.
Greeting all guest as they approach the window in a timely manner.
Assisting or advising guest on their purchase. Participating in up-selling to guests to drive higher sales.
Answer all questions about menu items and prices of all items.
Accurately and quickly take and place all food orders.
Stocking and inventory of merchandise items.
Prepare and deliver beverage of choice.
Check food to make sure that appearance, temperature and portions are correct and deliver food orders in a timely fashion.
Maintaining and cleaning all retail area including stock room, floors, cash register/check out area and equipment.
Demonstrate high guest service. Respond to take appropriate action to resolve concerns and complaints.
Keep supervisor/manager informed of situations, damages, and potential safety hazard.
Attend departmental and team meetings as well as participate in all additional training courses.
