Looking for a Chef to cook 4 dinners per week (and pre made lunches for the next day) who has experience in fine dining and health and nutrition. Would expect a decent amount of hours per day as we are looking for elaborate meals that are mostly vegetarian and vegan; as in, not just some chopped up veggies in a stir fry and/or pre made meals, but complex meals that are all made from scratch: example: making your own bread (grinding the wheat), a variety of different vegan sauces to ensure the food has great flavor, not just 1 dish but several aspects to the meal etc would like occasional meals to be fine dining quality. Direct experience in high end dining is a must. Background in health/nutrition also very important. Compensation is dependent on experience.
