Casa de las Campanas, a life plan senior community, voted Best in San Diego 2021 is seeking a talented Entrée Cook to join our production kitchen team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Preparation of hot and cold foods (soups, sauces, salads, starches, vegetables, purees, grounds, fortified goods, garnishes and desserts, etc.); set up and maintenance of all assigned food serving stations; and the ability to manage multiple stations in accordance with safety standards.
Requires: A minimum of four years of experience in a high volume production kitchen and/or comparable culinary school experience. Ability to work at various food preparation stations. Ability to work holidays and weekends.
