Poke123 is looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals for our Liberty Station Location.
You will be responsible but not limited to greeting our customers, creating orders as requested, educating our guest about the menu and also ensuring that the restaurant is clean and inviting to all guest at all times. As a cashier you will be responsible but not limited to taking money in the form of cash, check, or credit card from patrons in exchange for food or services. Scanning items, providing change, balancing drawer, and processing card transactions.
Line/Cashier staff will also be responsible but not limited to preparing all line ingredients by cutting fish and proteins, making sauces, cooking rice, washing and chopping vegetables, etc. Maintaining ânext upâ serving line bins to ensure efficient and immediate restocking of FOH serving line. Maintaining a clean and orderly prep-area by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, organizing the freezers, refrigerators and shelving areas, throwing out the trash and checking the restrooms. WEEKDAY AND WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST.
Prior restaurant experience is a plus. Depending on experience other positions with more responsibility and compensation may be available.
