Holiday Inn N. Miramar is hiring! Looking for a night auditor for Friday and Saturday nights, hours are from 11pm to 7am. Also looking for part time agents for weekend shifts. OPERA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!
Guest Service Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests, making and modifying reservations, hotel operator, and concierge duties. Providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Qualification Standards
Experience in a hotel or related field
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Guest service agent should exude an enthusiastic personality with a desire to provide quality guest service and hospitable customer relations.
Must have the ability to multi task, be detail oriented and provide resolution to any guest concerns in a timely manner.
Should have the ability to carry a good conversation, convey necessary information and share ideas.
Must work well under stressful conditions
Knowledge on Opera system Must be available holidays, nights and weekends, please consider this before sending resume.
